Fourth of July!

The Fourth of July has always been one of mine and Eli's favorite holidays to celebrate together! It was so good to have him home this year. We started the day off by meeting my family for the parade. We live so close, and so we just rode our bike over. After the parade, we all met at Rigby Lake and had a fun time swimming all day. We had our yummy BBQ and then headed to the river to watch the fire works! We made sweet matching tie dye shirts to wear ;)

Poor Eli's sunburn...he should've listened to my aunts and put sun screen on because by the end of the night, he was hurting SO bad! His back and stomach was so burnt that he was purple :( We couldn't ride our bikes home so my aunt and uncle gave us a ride. About a week and a half later, a whole bottle of aloe vera, and tons of blisters, he was finally feeling better. I think he learned his lesson!
