Update on my Remi girl

Where to even begin about this beautiful little girl!
I kept a very good month to month update of her for the first year of her life, but have not done as good as I wish I would have at recording the silly things she says and does etc.
Anyways my point is that I am going to do a lot better each month at recording what both my girls are doing!

Oh miss Remi! One word that would describe her is SASSY! Right before her 2nd birthday is when she really started to talk. Before we knew it, she was talking in complete sentences!
She is so smart and when she doesn't want to do something she will surely let you know.

She absolutely loves to dress up!! She goes into my closet and puts on shoes and jewlery whenever i'm getting ready. I really love when she picks out the shirt she thinks I should wear for the day!

We have had an ice cream truck out in Iona this year and whenever she hears it she gets beyond excited. Getting ice cream has been a highlight of her summer, that's for sure.
Her new thing she does lately is tell secrets. She will get really close and put her ear by my mouth and whisper "mommy I gotta secret...let's go to kiwi loco!"
It is pretty hard to say no to her!

When we are driving in the car, she will yell out the lyrics to songs that she has hear play on the radio. Makes me realize I need to be more careful about what we are listening to!!

Here she is playing dress up again, eating some yogurt with her cat and bear.

Seriously, how cute is this!! GAH, I DIE! She is the best big sister.

Remi just started dance last week and she absolutely loves it. She is so good at it and I can't wait to keep going with her!

She is learning to say her prayers by herself now. My favorite one..."Bless that I cut my binky, thank you for pancakes and my piggy bank!" :)

The other day, she had a bag around her shoulder and said she was on her way to a photo shoot :)

Remi loves books, purses and backpacks and putting anything in them, she loves barbies and will play for a long time by her self making them dance and talk to each other.
She loves to do crafts with me, especially water colors or painting rocks.
She is so good at singing and has a little guitar that she plays a lot.
She can say most of her colors now and when she counts it goes like this "1, 2 3, 5, 7, 9, o, 3.
:)
She loves nursery and has a lot of the songs memorized. She sings and does the actions very well!
We go to story time each week and she enjoys it a lot. Her favorite part is picking out books afterwards. At the park she loves to swing. She would swing all day if I let her!

Her favorite foods right now are oranges, gogurts, PB&J green beans, and PANCAKES!!
Really, she will eat almost anything, she's so good!
She gave up her binky soon after Brixton came home and is now almost fully potty trained!
She loves to tease and hide things from mom and dad.
She absolutly loves to help me do anything really. Sweep, cook, dishes, you name it!
Lately she says in a silly voice..." Can I help youuuu??"

She sorted these all by herself

When you tell her something exciting she does a cute little face that we call her excited face. She crinkles her eyes and scrunches her shoulders and says "ahhhh i'm so excited!"

I put her in bed and came down to this the other night. So sweet.

I can't even begin to write down all of the HILARIOUS things that she says. She is seriously so funny and sweet, I can't even stand it. When I ask her a question she says in a sweet little voice..."Of course mommy."

She is such a daddy's girl. Whenever Eli says it's time for work, she sighs and says "AGAIN!?!?"
I love it so much.

I love her more than life itself! She will always be my little Remi and I can't wait to see what the future holds for her! Love you bug.

Brixton is 3 months old!

My sweet little Brixton turned 3 months old on the 9th of June!
She went in for a check up and weighs in at 13 lbs. 6 oz. and is 23 inches long!
She has definitely filled out so much.

Where to begin!
This cute little thing is growing up so fast. She is smiling ALL the time now.
She loves to try and copy things that I say to her and coos at me. She gets so excited and tries to laugh but always gets the hiccups afterwards!
She is sleeping about 9-9:30 to 7- 7:30 every night. She is still fighting naps during the day but we're working on it! She is getting really strong and can hold her head up so well.
She is still breastfeeding like a champ with a little bit of formula,  and is obviously gaining weight really well. She is wearing mostly 6 month clothing! :)

She eats about ever 2-3 hours sometimes 4.
We have seen her reflux improve so well in the last few weeks that I actually stopped giving her her medicine last week. She seems to be doing great and is hardly puking at all.

She loves to sit under her toys and tries super hard to reach out and touch them, She really enjoys her bumbo and loves to sit and watch Remi play or me cook dinner.
I can feel a little bump on her gums, and she is drooling like crazy!! She is always sucking on her arm during tummy time or sucks on her blanket when she gets ahold of it!
She really likes to look at toys and touch and feel them! Not to long now and she'll be able to grab them!

Yesterday, Remi informed me that Brixton is finally starting to get hair like me and her and Livvy! :)
It is definitely starting to fill in and looks like it might be a little curly!

I love Brixton so much and especially love seeing her and Remi interacting.
Those moments are so precious and dear to my heart and I am so happy to have two beautiful baby girls!
